I have noticed the crime rate dropping year after year in my 'hood (near the Parkway) as a result of useless deadbeats being driven off by market forces. The people that stay are by & large good working people, as are the people that replace the deadbeats. I do not understand the mentality that I should break my own leg because someone else is a cripple. White liberal guilt. Get over it, already. ACORN, kiss my ass.
