If you are not a grown up, and can't get to Berkeley, you better not look for a library in Oakland's San Antonio district.  We don't even have a libary.  

This doesn't seem to be of any concern to either the City or the Library.  

They are busy with plans to build new library palaces, or to relocate the existing Eastmont mall library.   

Without children myself, this is not a personal priority.  But my 7 year old neighbor asked for two things:  A skate board park and a library.  

When a child makes a library a priority, how pathetic that the city can't do the same.</description>
